Return & Refund Policy

Smartcademia Business School is an online academic institution that provides business education services. Since we DO NOT sell physical or digital products, all payments made to the institution are for educational services, administrative processes, and certification purposes. This policy specifically addresses refund-related matters concerning application fees, course assessment fees, and graduation document fees in compliance with relevant consumer protection laws and institutional policies.

Under applicable legal frameworks, educational service providers are not required to issue refunds once a service has been initiated or an administrative process has begun. By enrolling in Smartcademia Business School, students acknowledge and agree to the NON-REFUNDABLE nature of all fees. Exceptions to this policy are only made if legally mandated under UK consumer laws or in cases where an error has been made on the part of the institution, such as incorrect fee processing. However, voluntary withdrawal, failure to complete a course, or changes in a student’s personal circumstances DO NOT qualify for a refund.

Refunds

The fees charged by Smartcademia Business School are for services that involve administrative processing, course assessment, and certification issuance, which are all intangible and non-reversible processes.

By submitting payment, students and applicants explicitly agree that they are purchasing a non-reversible educational service.

Additionally, SBS operates under the principle that all financial transactions are final, with funds allocated immediately for administrative processing, faculty remuneration, academic resources, and operational logistics. Therefore, all fees remain NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Application Processing Fee: This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, even if the applicant withdraws their application or is not admitted.
  2. Course Assessment Fee: Once paid, this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of course completion status, withdrawal, or failure to pass the assessment.
  3. Graduation Document Fee: This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and mandatory for all students eligible for graduation.
  4. Express Delivery Fee: If a student opts for express delivery of their graduation documents, this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, as it is a service provided upon request.

We Follow Certain Policies to Ensure Transparency and Efficiency with Prospective Candidates and Students:

  • We DO NOT allow returns on any payments made to Smartcademia Business School.
  • We DO NOT accept any form of refund request after payment has been made.
  • Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made, including application processing, course assessment, or graduation document fees.
  • We DO NOT encourage chargebacks or payment disputes, as all fees are clearly stated as NON-REFUNDABLE before payment.
  • We DO NOT provide refunds for failure to complete a course, withdrawal, or disqualification from a program.
  • Payments for additional services such as express document shipping are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation Policy

  • Application Withdrawal: Students who choose to withdraw their application after paying the application processing fee will NOT receive a refund.
  • Course Withdrawal: If a student withdraws from a course after paying the assessment fee, NO REFUND will be issued.
  • Graduation Cancellation: If a student is eligible for graduation but later decides not to proceed, the graduation document fee remains NON-REFUNDABLE.
