Participants will learn about leadership styles, motivation theories, and team management to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Policy implementation is another key focus, with participants studying strategies for developing and enforcing school policies. The course covers topics such as policy frameworks, stakeholder involvement, and policy communication. Administrative strategies are also covered, including techniques for managing school operations, resource allocation, and decision-making.
